Orizava, Tampico 4r. Rose on Yellow, duo of very scarce used stamps: the Orizava example with three good margins, close at right, with a clear date cancellation, and the Tampico example well margined, used with a bold circular date stamp. Very rare, with only 289 and 356 issued, respectively. 1995 MEPSI certificates for both. Scott 10; NF $ 650.
