The stamps include usages from Zacatecas, Huejutla, Tula, Tulancingo, Guadalajara, Toluca, Mérida, Tlalpujahua, Puebla, Morelia, Tampico, Mexico, Acapulco and Jalapa; while the covers originate from Querétaro, Zacatecas, Toluca, Puebla and Mexico. Mixed condition, but with several stamps possessing three or four margins. Two 1983 and 2025 MEPSI certificates. Scott 1, 2, 3, 3b; NF $1,619 for off-cover stamps.,,
