4d. vermilion, Plate 11, a block of nine (3x3) lettered AJ-CL from the upper-right corner of the sheet with plate number in top margin and with part inscription at right with crowned 'postage 4d.' in blue and 'price-4d. per label 2s. per...' at right in vermilion; one stamp with slight thin otherwise fine and very fresh with large part original gum, some minor perf. splitting in a couple of places, lovely fresh and bright appearance and a rare Plate number multiple.
