1942 (Mar.) envelope to New South Wales and re-addressed to Victoria, bearing 1939 2d. cancelled by manuscript "Post Office/Tulagi/16.3.42" in blue crayon and uncancelled Australia 4d. at top left, marked "express" at top and showing framed "passed by censor" in violet with arrival Censor label and cachet at left; the envelope with tears at top caused through opening and some light staining not significantly affecting appearance.
