1½d. deep blue and carmine, variety frame printed double, one albino, with the albino impression clearly visible at top, neatly cancelled with Tulagi datestamp showing lines above and below the date, a fraction toned though an interesting example of this rare variety. Brandon Certificate (1999) states genuine, R.P.S. Certificate (2016) states that it has a forged cancellation. S.G. 53a unpriced unused or used. Sold "as is". Photo
