½d. and 1d. stamp-size die proofs on the name and duty plates, in black on glazed card, affixed to photocopy of original piece dated "Oct. 19" and "Oct. 21" respectively and marked "120 leads each", the whole crossed by diagonal red ink line (crosses ½d.) and dated "4 Dec 1912"
