1934 composite proof on thin paper (278x113mm.) with part of the lower section affixed on top of previous instructions including corrected text "Stamps not exceeding two in number or 10 cents in total value may be affixed in this space, but not elsewhere, to make up a broken amount (excluding an odd cent)." marked Appd, initialled and dated '25/4/34'. Some creasing and light ageing not detracting from the importance of this unique item.
