1c. brownish red, horizontal strip of three, margins nearly all round, slightly cut into at upper left and lower right, each cancelled by Demerara c. d.s. for Feb. 2 1860. Some faults including a vertical crease and minor thinning, still of fresh appearance and an exceedingly scarce multiple. Small (comet) handstamp on the reverse. S.G. 16a, £11,250+. Photo
