8c. black on green, Townsend Type C (Robson Lowe Type A) initialled "E.D.W.", cut square with most of the round frameline visible, just cut into at right, cancelled by Demerara double-arc d.s. for Nov. 1851. Overall thinning on the reverse and torn at the left, not detracting from this great-looking example, which is exceedingly scarce in the cut-square format.
