8c. black on green, Townsend Type A (Robson Lowe Type B) initialled "E.D.W.", cut round with large even margins all round, cancelled by Demerara double-arc d.s. for Nov. 4 1851. Light thinning on the reverse and remnant traces of the red wafer seal that was usually used to affix the stamp to the envelope.
