1811 (12 July) entire letter to Liverpool, marked "per packet" charged "2/1" and showing, on reverse across join, Townsend Type 5 handstamp, demerara horseshoe in black with 4½mm serifed capitals, showing year date error "0811 for 1811", no arrival marking. Some expected faults including creasing and some staining, still quite fresh and rare. Photo
