1813 (21 Nov.) entire letter addressed to Belfast showing unique Townsend type 2 handstamp, two-line demerara, in black, 22mm long including the full stop. The 'day' is illegible, but the letter is dated. Some expected faults including creasing and reinforced in a couple of places, still quite fresh and very desirable. Mentioned in the Townsend and Howe book. A great addition for the advanced collector. Photo
