"Protectorate" ½d. on "Circular" envelope to Port Elizabeth tied by Mafeking cancellations, a scarce single franking; 1895 envelope to Cape Town bearing 1891-1904 2d. grey-green and carmine pair tied by Mafeking c.d.s. (light soiling); 1902 (23 Nov.) envelope registered to U.S.A. bearing Protectorate ½d. (both colours), 1d. lilac and 6d. purple on red tied by Lobatsi c.d.s.; 1938 (31 May) envelope sent registered air mail to Transvaal bearing a variety of British Bechuanaland and Bechuanaland Protectorate stamps with values to 4d. on ½d. tied by Serowe c.d.s. with registration handstamp alongside and marked "... Last Day of postal use". (4 covers)
