1852-60 Lithographed Issues
The balance of the lithographed issues comprising 1855 (Mar.) Second issue, (1d.) blue with good margins, centrally cancelled "7" (Arima), toned (R.P.S. certificate, 2002); 1856 (Aug.) Third issue, (1d.) bright blue with mainly small to good margins (touched in two places), indistinctly cancelled, thin at upper right and small nick at top right, and (1d.) very deep blue with good to large margins on three sides, close at lower left, centrally cancelled "2", pressed horizontal crease towards top; 1858 (Oct.) Fourth issue, (1d.) slate-blue with good to large margins on three sides, a little ragged at left, indistinctly cancelled, a little soiled; 1860 (Mar.) Fifth issue, (1d.) grey with good to large margins, a very worn and washed looking example with part obliterator at right and (1d.) red mint blocks of four (2) and singles (6, three used - one with heavy vertical crease, the other two with forged cancellations).
