The Sino Tibetan coins in the name of Dao Guang have the following obverse inscription (reads crosswise, up to down and right to left): dao guang bao zang (Tibet money of Dao Guang). The reverse legend is a Tibetan transcription of the Chinese legend and reads crosswise: rda´o kwong pa' u gtsang.
