NGC AU53 | George II (1727-1760), 'Roses and Plumes' Halfcrown, 1735 OCTAVO, young laureate and draped bust left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, roses and plumes in angles, twelve strings to harp, lettered edge upwards, 14.96g, 6h (Bull 1677; ESC 598; S.3692), residue on neck, some light scuffs and contact marks, small amount of wear but otherwise lightly toned, very fine, in NGC holder graded AU53 (Cert. #8536731-001)
