NGC AU | George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes' Halfcrown, 1720/17 SEXTO, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in angles, nine strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 15.02g, 6h (Pywell-Phillips 263-264; ESC 590 [S]; Bull 1555; S.3642), lightly cleaned, a few small contact marks and obverse struck from a lightly rusted die, otherwise toned and reverse lustrous, very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU Details ~ Cleaned (Cert. #8536732-014)
