NGC AU | Charles II (1660-1685), Halfcrown, 1677, fourth laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned cruciform shields, interlinked Cs in angles, six strings to harp, edge lettered downwards, 15.03g, 7h (ESC 479; Bull 475; S.3367), scuff to the reverse, cleaned and retoned, dark and even colour throughout, haymarks, near very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU Details ~ Cleaned (Cert. #8536732-011); and another, Halfcrown, 1679, similar, edge lettered upwards, 14.84g, 6h (ESC 481; Bull 480; S.3367) rubbed with portrait flattened somewhat, toned, good fine (2)
