REX • similar, rev. with • CR • above, fields plain, 5.86g [90.43grns], 9h, m.m. plume (Brooker 452; North 2221; S.2787), double-struck to reverse, with deep toning, good fine / very fine; lastly, Welsh 'Plumes' Issue, 1631-1632, Type 2b, (m.m.)
