QVÆ DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARET, square-topped shield, plume above, bird-headed harp, 5.92g [91.35grns], 7h, m.m. thistle (North 2125; S.2669), softness to peripheries, with a dark silver tone and well-struck to plumes, very fine; another, 1624, as before, 5.80g [89.50grns], 4h, m.m. trefoil (North 2125; S.2669), cleaned and worn, yet on a full round flan, good fine (2)
