XPC': VINCIT : XPC ': REGNAT : XPC': ImPERAT, Latin cross with lys to left and leopard to right, 2.326g [35.89grns], 10h, m.m. lys (Schneider III, 134; Elias 277; S.8165), an outstanding example of this celebrated fractional rarity, with subtle honey-golden tone overlying lustrous original fields, extremely fine and much as struck, very rare thus, in NGC Black 'Carrington' holder, graded MS61 (Cert. #8534362-019)
