(x) NGC MS64 | William IV (1830-1837), Maundy Penny, 1832, bare head right, rev. crowned mark of value, edge plain, 0.472g, 6h (Robinson 359; S.3844), lustrous and pleasantly cabinet toned, choice, as struck, an evident 'stand-in' for the 1831 Proof Set, in NGC Black 'Pallas' holder, graded MS64 (Cert. #8534312-011); another, NGC MS62 | Maundy Penny, 1835, similar, 0.471g, 6h (Robinson 359; S.3844), some speckling to otherwise lustrous surfaces, with a rich dark blue cabinet tone, extremely fine or better, and an evident 'stand-in' for the 1839 Proof Set, in NGC Black 'Pallas' holder, graded MS62 (Cert. #8534312-015) (2)
