(m.m.), Queen seated on ornamented throne, adorned with fine lattice work enclosing pellets, pillars decorated with five smaller pellets, holding orb and sceptre, portcullis with chains below, breaking ornate tressure, rev. (m.m.) A'•DNO'•FACTV•EST•ISTVD ET•EST•MIRAB'•IN.OCVL'•NRS. Royal arms in centre of full-blown Tudor Rose, 15.539g [239.80grns], 10h, m.m. tun (Brown & Comber A26 [Type i b]; Holloway 18-25 [9 Recorded]; Schneider I, 783 same obverse die; North 2003; S.2529), softness of strike to visage, otherwise attractively cabinet toned with auburn hues overlying natural lustre, about very fine, the peripheries bolder, a wholesome and thoroughly pleasing example, in NGC Black 'Pallas' holder, graded AU53 (Cert. #8534311-006)
