(x) NGC AU | George I (1714-1727), Half-Guinea, 1725, second laureate bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, five strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 4.202g, 6h (MCE 274; Schneider II, 552; EGC I, 546; King 158; Stratos 35; Ellerby 92; S.3637), somewhat bright but residually lustrous with attractive orange-purple hueing in recesses, a bolder very fine, in NGC Black 'Pallas' holder, graded Almost Uncirculated (Cert. #8534314-002)
