Canterbury mint, Eoba, EOBA before Imperial [Faustina Senior (?)] female bust right, crucifix behind, pellets and trefoils in fields, beaded border, rev. •+• CFN•EÐRF•Ð • REGIN, around barred Mercian M in pelleted circle, 1.08g [15.43grns], 6h (SCBI 67 [BM], 654-8 (all monograms placed at 12h); North 339; S.909), flan slightly warped and edge chipped, seemingly unique variety with Mercian monogram at 9 o'clock, good fine
