Time sits at the bottom of a tall tablet, flanked by Victory and Fame, inscribing the story of the battle, naval engagement in the background, MATVRATE FVGAM REGIQVE OSTENDITE VESTRO NON ILLI IMPERIVM PELAGI on edge, 38.20g, 45mm (MI II, 67/272; van Loon IV 36, 4), evidence of mounting at 12 o'clock, wiped and lightly bagmarked, nonetheless toned to the peripheries, about very fine and scarcely encountered
