(x) PCGS AU | George II (1727-1760), 'East India Company', Five-Guineas, 1729 TERTIO, first young laureate head left, legend regularly spaced with large lettering, E.I.C below truncation, rev. crowned garnished shield, eleven strings to harp, + DECVS • ET • TVTAMEN • AUUO • REGNI • TERTIO, inverted Ns in ANNO, edge lettered upwards, 7h (King 161-162; Stratos 198; MCE 279; Schneider II, 556, dies 2/2; EGC 553; S.3664), fields bright and with evidence of smoothing to cheek, otherwise struck details uniform and very fine if not bolder still, in PCGS holder, graded AU Details ~ Repaired (Cert. #51862412)
