complete with counterfoils (no perforations). Light red. Ribbon above centre inscribed "Aberdeen Bank District", Arms of the Banking Company in Aberdeen (which the Union Bank absorbed in 1849) by counterfoil. No duty stamps. The rarest of Union Bank checks,
spindle holes counterfoil margin, otherwise all extremely fine (5)
