Henry VII (1485-1509), "Regular Profile" Issue, Groat, 1509-1509, Tower, crowned bust right, triple band to crown, rev. square-topped shield over long cross fourchée, 12h, 2.85g, m.m pheon (North 1747; Spink 2258), some chips to the edge and lightly scratched, yet with a uniform dark silver tone, about very fine; 'Sovereign' Penny, 1504-1505, Tower, king enthroned facing, flanked by pillars of chair, two lis-topped double pillars, rev. square-topped shield over cross fourchée, saltire stops, 7h, 0.74g, i.m cross crosslet (North 1726/1; Spink 2230), soft in parts, darker to the peripheries, very fine (2)
