CIVITAS LONDON, long cross and trio of pellets in angles, 8h, 4.38g, m.m (North 1163; Spink 1568), some softness in parts to an otherwise pleasingly bold strike, very fine; Henry VI, First Reign (1422-1461), Pinecone-Mascle Issue, Groat, Calais, crowned facing bust, rev. VILLA CALISIE, long cross and trio of pellets in angles, 3h, 3.80g, m.m cross patonce (North 1461; Spink 1875), the reverse lightly double struck and some die stressing to the portrait, otherwise with a dark blue tone, very fine; Edward IV, First Reign (1461-1485), Light Coinage, Groat, Type VI, 1465-1470, Norwich, crowned bust facing, quatrefoils by neck, N on breast, rev. CIVITAS NORWIC, long cross and trio of pellets in angles, 6h, 3.01g, m.m sun (North 1582; Spink 2011), partially clipped and flat in parts, die crack at 3 o'clock, about very fine (3)
