Indo-Scythian, Azes (c.58-12 BC), square AE Unit, 11.00g, king on horseback right, holding whip and spear, Greek legend, Kharoshthi letter bottom right, rev. zebu bull standing right, monogram above, kharoshthi legend (Senior 121.11; M.834; MAC 2327-30), obverse once heavily cleaned, but fields now have an attractive powdery tone, very fine / good very fine; Kharahostes, Satrap in Chach (c.20-1 BC), square AE Unit, 7.31g, king on horseback right, Greek legend, Kharoshthi letter bottom right, rev. lion standing right, monogram and letter above back, kharoshthi legend (Senior 143.2; M.887; MAC 2476), fields with residual deposit showing main designs to good effect, about very fine / very fine (2)
