1890 (4 Apr.) envelope from Penang to Milan, Italy marked Via Negapatam bearing 1882 8c. orange-yellow pair tied by firm's chop in violet and two fairly neat strikes of dumb obliterator, showing despatch c.d.s. with day '4' inverted, the reverse with Brindisi (2.5) and arrival (3.5) c.d.s. Fine and scarce.
