1898 (26 Nov.) ½a. green postal stationery envelope from Muscat addressed to Gokal uprated on reverse with India 1882-90 ½a. tied by despatch squared circle c.d.s., the reverse showing arrival (2.12) c.d.s. Envelope slightly reduced at right and opened for display with some peripheral wear, nevertheless a rare usage of uprated postal stationery. S.G. Z21
