Leslie Llewellyn Stratford was born on 11 November 1923 and was a clerk with the Rhodesian Railways when he enlisted in the 1st City Regiment on 9 September 1942. He was discharged after overseas service on 21 November 1945. Stratford was a reservist in the British South Africa Police qualifying for the Rhodesia General Service Medal; sold together with copied research and photos.
