on the right side of the front, a portrait of Reza Shah, the founder of the Pahlavi dynasty, is depicted wearing a Pahlavi hat. Farsi text is featured, appearing on a green and pink design. On the back, Farsi text accompanies a circular image of the coat of arms with crown, sun, lion and sword.
