1862-69, perf. 11½-12 2d. rose and 3d. blue, both tied by barred numeral '13' to 1866 (19 Sept.) envelope marked "Prepaid" to Charlestown, redirected to Bouctouche, New Brunswick where the 3d. was applied; the reverse with "summerside/p.e. island" and "prince edward islands" d.s. with "r/vc" circular handstamp. Fine and rare being the only known example of this rate to New Brunswick. Greene Certificate (2010). Photo
