1900 (16 Apr.) envelope addressed to "Grace, Railway Division Recreation Ground", bearing 18½mm. 3d. blue in combination with seriffed overprint on Cape of Good Hope 3d. on 1d. carmine (Pos. 4) and Bechuanaland Protectorate 1d. on ½d. vermilion strip of three (2, both Pos. 4-6), all neatly cancelled with c.d.s.; the envelope with creases and other faults though one of the most colourful and spectacular Siege mixed-issue frankings.
