1960 "Arquitectura" 20p. of the 1950-52 issue with "Homenaje al Colleccionista" inscription, complete sheet of 60 with "specimen" perfin, never hinged, showing in top margin "091" sheet number and blue handstamp in corners and applied on five stamps, reading "Sría. De Hacienda y C.P. Inspector Fiscal 23. Direc. Gral. de Vigilancia de Fondos y Valores", two filing punch holes in margin. Scott C249 (spec.), 3,000 as non-specimen singles.
