1935 Airmail "Madero" 20c. scarlet, featuring lines and a "secretaria de hacienda mexico" watermark, slightly off-center towards the upper right, neatly postmarked by Tampico c.d.s. Slight creases, a small thin spot, and a minor repair in the lower margin (this is not noted in the 1989 MEPSI certificate).
