1917 1c. to 5p., nine stamps with "muestra" overprint on a splendid New Year's card in French, most likely sent to foreign post offices by the Postmaster General. Excellent condition with non-important small creases. Very scarce and spectacular. Only five to ten may exist. Scott 574, 608, 610, 611, 613, 614, 626-628.
