1864 "Eagles" Issue
Yguala 2r. Yellow, two examples, including one from the 3rd Period, #193-1864, cancelled in Tepeacuilco (margins all around, slightly touching at left bottom, small crease); the other from the 4th Period and cancelled at Yguala, with narrow margins, touching in places. Only 363 were issued in invoice #193 in Tepeacuilco, but just three out of the thirteen, in the Pietsch census, have Yguala overprint. Scott 23; NF $500 with the 3rd Period as Tepepeacuilco, since Yguala is not listed.
