Green, 4th Period, consignment 77-1865, all with clear to large margins except for one side of the 4r., tied to August 14, 1865 entire letter from Morelia to Celaya by double c.d.s. Very fresh. A very rare cover, as only 187 of the 2r. and 486 of the 4r. were issued for direct dispatch to a merchant. 2024 MEPSI certificate. Scott 23, 24.
