Veracruz 8r. Green/Brown, a very fine example with large margins, in combination with 2r. Rose, just touching in places, both used on April 13, 1864 entire letter to Mexico City. A very desirable exhibition item as no more than twenty covers are recorded with this stamp MEPSI certificate. Scott 8, 12, $1,000 as single on cover.
