1856 Issue
Various Districts Assembly comprising 17 stamps and 2 covers addressed to Mexico City. The covers include one with a 2r. Emerald from Querétaro to Mexico (signed Aguirre) and another with a ½r. Blue from Toluca, both with good margins. The off-cover items feature the ½r. Blue and include a Querétaro vertical strip of four with a natural pre-printing paper fold at top (slight creases at bottom), Saltillo strip of four with red Villa de Múzquiz cancellation, a Tabasco strip of three with a dramatic natural pre-printing fold in the centre, and three rare pairs: Tampico (Ozuluama), Toluca (Temascaltepec, slightly touched at left), and Tula (Zimapán, touched/cut into at top and bottom).
