Victoria 2r. Emerald, mainly very large margins, on entire letter from Tula de Tamaulipas to San Luis Potosí, tied by red postmark on dispatch, on July 13, 1857. Filing fold clear away from the franking. A very fine showpiece from a difficult district. Signed Bash. Scott 3b.
