1914 (24 Sept.) double rate envelope (192x130mm.) registered to Cornwall and re-addressed to Wales, bearing 25pf., 30pf. and 40pf. pairs (the 30pf. vertical), all clearly tied by "lome/togogebiet" c.d.s., showing German registration label with, on reverse, Plymouth transit d.s. (9.10); some slight creasing. The only surviving commercial cover paying the 2d. registration fee and penny postage to England. Holcombe Certificate (1986). S.G. H5-H7. Photo
