3d. stamp-size composite photographic essay in revised design very similar to that issued except minor vignette differences. Affixed to card (90x114mm.) with photographic oxidised frame in dull greyish blue and the vignette in blue and chinese white touched by hand. Lettered "CC", and dated "Sept 3rd 06". Fine and attractive. Photo
