2½d. stamp-size composite photographic essay in a revised design similar to that issued except showing postage and revenue on the sides and minor vignette differences. Vignette in black and frame in brown, affixed to card (89x114mm.) lettered "D", marked "Dupl.", dated "Sept 17th 01" and additionally marked "Colour of Border" with dark green bar at left, and Colour of Centre with purple bar at left. Fine and attractive. Photo
