1946 (21 June) typed Government Payment Voucher for coolie hire while unloading goods, bearing 1934 3c. tied with straight-line handstamp; 1948 (18 May) Charge (Mortgage) on property in Kuching bearing 1934 $4 strip of three (one with punch hole) tied by light oval handstamp with manuscript date; 1948 (15 July) Deed Transfer of property in Kuching bearing 1934 $3, $4 and $5 (8, two with a punch hole) mostly tied by light oval handstamps and manuscript initials; and 1948 (11 Dec.) Deed of Transfer of property in Kuching bearing pre-punched 1934 50c. and $3 (both also with filing punch hole) and pre-punched $4 (6, two also with filing punch hole) tied by oval Kuching handstamps and with manuscript initials. The last two documents suggest that the Kuching authorities began to use revenue stamps pre-punched with large holes as a security measure between July and December 1948
