1942 (14 July) Certificate of Adoption bearing $1 with red oval seal and manuscript cancel and showing circular
"registrar supreme court/sarawak" cachet in violet, showing the stamps with oval seals were in use by mid-1942 (see Lardner Fig. 12.12); 1942 (5 Aug.) Land Transfer bearing unoverprinted 25c. and $1 with manuscript date and circular "department of land/sarawak" circular cachet in violet; and 1944 (18 Apr.) Land Transfer typed in red on plain paper after the forms had run out, bearing $2 pair with large red oval seals cancelled in manuscript (see Lardner Fig. 12.16). Also three 1943/44 court documents without adhesive stamps, each with large Japanese chop of the Kuching Court J.O.
